Thanksgiving and Prayer Requests
This week Pastor Ken Driedger will be on duty Monday through Friday, but on Monday he will be working from Elmira and in a meeting in Waterloo and on Friday he will have an appointment in Elmira.
If anyone missed WMC’s covenant signing celebration on March 25 but would still like to participate in the covenant, please speak to Ken or the elders (Barb Ribble or Linda Ramer).

April 14th at 5:30pm: Our sister Fiona Mo of Markham Chinese Mennonite Church would like to invite you all to her Yella 2018 fundraiser which will be held at Rouge Valley Mennonite Church .Tickets can be purchased today after church service. Please see Fiona for more information.
Thursday, April 19th at 7:30am: All are welcomed to attend the next MEDA breakfast at the Stone Crock in St. Jacobs. The cost of the breakfast is $15. We will be joined by Terry Petkau who will be sharing about his experience working with Habitat for Humanity
April 19th –Willowgrove’s AGM at Rouge Valley Mennonite Church. Dinner is at 6:30, program and meeting at 7:15. The evening will feature Willowgrove’s 50th Anniversary Year. Please RSVP to info@willowgrove or phone 905-640-2127 if you plan to attend the dinner. If you have any Willowgrove/Glenbrook photos from the 70’s and 80’s, we would love to borrow them for the AGM. The main 50th Anniversary Event will be at Willowgrove on Saturday, July 21. More details to come.

To faciliate this learning, I am hosting a community discussion on Reconciliation: Understanding Our Responsibilities, featuring special guest, Grand Chief Alvin Fiddler of the Nishnawbe Aski Nation.
