Pastor Dawne or Ken will be on duty Sunday through Thursday

Part of the process of ministry exploration with Taucha Inrig is a mutual decision in September whether to continue in the process.  All are invited for a group discussion with Taucha after the kickoff breakfast (8:45 a.m.) Sunday, September 9 during the Sunday School hour at 9:45 a.m.  Taucha will preach that Sunday. The following week, Sept. 16 at 9:45 a.m., you are invited to meet for feedback without Taucha in attendance.      

Emmanuel International needs some help with grounds maintenance for a few hours a week. They are offering $14.00 per hour. Please speak to Ken if you are interested

 Tonight, August 26th (7-8pm): The next Stouffville Community Prayer Meeting will be held  at Bloomington Gospel Church, 13660 Ninth Line – south of Bloomington Road

Sept. 15 (10 a.m. – 4 p.m.) : Toronto Mennonite Festival relief sale is happening at Black Creek Pioneer Village (1000 Murray Ross Parkway). There will be food, music and quilts to enjoy and to buy, and the money raised will go to Mennonite Central Committee for their work around the world. Join us for the fun! Sept 24th or 25th: Fall Seniors’ Retreat at Hidden Acres Mennonite Camp.  Bryan Moyer Suderman will lead us in our theme of “Close Encounters of the Scriptural Kind – the delight, danger, and dynamism of reading the Bible with each other and with ‘the other’”. Join your peers to reflect on and share your experiences with scripture. Explore the life-giving possibilities and significant dangers of different ways of reading the Bible.
